This policy forms part of the admission agreement and applies to every student from the moment of enrolment. It is also shared by email in your welcome message. By completing your admission and paying any fee, you confirm that you have read and accepted it.
1. Registration / admission fee
The registration or admission fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Course fee refund window
A refund request for the course fee must be submitted in writing within 7 days of admission and before attending any class or session. No refund is admissible after this window, or after any class has been attended.
3. Deductions on approved refunds
An approved refund is subject to the deduction of administrative, technology and processing charges of up to 20% of the amount paid, together with the cost of any study material, kit, ID card or certificate already issued to the student.
4. Cases where no refund applies
No refund is applicable for a change of mind, personal reasons, relocation, medical grounds, or dissatisfaction after the course has begun. In such cases, a change of batch or timing may be offered at the sole discretion of the Institute.
5. How and when refunds are paid
Where a refund is approved, it is processed within 30 working days, to the original mode of payment only, and remains subject to the final approval of the Institute management.
6. Fees are not transferable
Registration and course fees are specific to your enrolment and cannot be transferred to another student under any circumstances.
7. Fees paid to external bodies
Any fee paid to an external examination or certification body is governed by the rules of that body and is not refundable by the Institute once the registration has been submitted.
8. Batch changes by the Institute
If the Institute is unable to run a batch, the student will be offered a place in another batch of the same course. The Institute's liability in such a case is limited to the fee paid for the course.
9. How to apply
Submit your written request at the Institute office with your name, course and registration number. The Institute will acknowledge your request and communicate its decision in writing.
