4. Consent and lawful basis
We process your information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, enrol, or use a service, and where it is needed to provide the service you asked for or to meet a legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and it may mean we can no longer provide a service that depends on that information.
5. Children
If a student is under 18 years of age, we ask that a parent or legal guardian provides the details and gives consent for admission and for the use of the student's information. We do not use a child's information for advertising or behavioural tracking.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

- courts, regulators and government authorities, where the law requires it, and professional advisers such as auditors and legal counsel.
7. Certificate verification
Anyone who holds a certificate number can check it on our website. The verification page shows only the details needed to confirm that the certificate is genuine, such as the holder's name, course, grade and issue details.
8. Storage, transfer and security
Your information is stored on secure cloud systems, which may be located outside India, as permitted by law. We use access controls, password protection and encrypted connections to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We ask you to keep your portal login private and to tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
9. How long we keep information
We keep student records, fee records and certificate records for as long as they are needed to verify certificates, answer queries and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry details that do not lead to admission are kept for a reasonable period and are then deleted or anonymised. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, to ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. A parent or guardian may exercise these rights for a minor. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as certificate and fee records, must be kept as the law requires, and we will explain this if your request cannot be fully met.
11. Cookies
Our website uses only the basic technical storage needed to make pages and the student portal work, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use it for advertising.
12. Communication choices
Service messages about your admission, fees, attendance, exams and certificates are part of your enrolment. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time by telling the centre or replying to the message.
